We work hard every day to make Dakhla Attitude's sport center WindfishPRO Dakhla the best sport center possible. There are some remarks regarding the pre-booked sport activities that are important to take into consideration:
Please inform all clients that what they win by pre-booking their sport services is an aprox.10% reduction on the standard prices and that they will be considered into priority for the daily lesson program.
Please inform all customers that for kitesurfing there are 4 modalities of lessons available. GROUP = 4 students, 2 complete kite sets (one for 2 students) and one monitor. SEMI PRIVATE: 2 students, 2 complete kite sets (one per student) and one monitor. PRIVATE: One on One. This is very important and to guarantee that customers will ride asap we recomend the Semi Private or Private mode.
Please inform your clients that if NO WIND or any other circumstance happens that does not allow him to take lessons we will NOT, under any circumstance, give the money back. A voucher will be issued for what the client could not do and this voucher is valid for 3 years in our sport center. This voucher is personal and can NOT be transferred.
Please inform all customers that in case a VOUCHER for sport activities is issued we will NOT, under any circumstance, accept this voucher to pay for their extras at the bar, restaurant, SPA or shop.
Please inform all customers that in case there is no wind and they decide to participate on some of the extra sport activities of Dakhla Attitude this CAN be deducted from their pre-booked sport activities without them having to pay extra.
Please inform all clients that after the day of arrival a briefing is held where we explain how the sport center works and that it is important for them to participate.
Please inform your clients that in case they want to take lessons with their own material there is no discount available. We work with our own material.
