Good windsurf- and kiteconditions in Boa Vista.
The wind is not to strong, but you can have very nice waves.
Also for surfing.
Not the best place for beginners, but possible.
In Riu Karamboa, the wind is a little offshore, while 300m downwind from the hotel Parque das Dunas, the wind is side shore and at the end of the bay (ca. 3km) the wind is slight onshore.
