The house is fully equipped, to the highest standards. There is a spacious, open kitchen, that is integrated in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical devices: there is a steamer, micro-wave, oven, big fridge and freezer, blender, juicer, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, water heather, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a spacious living room with a cosy sofa and a large bookcase. In the bookcase is an Smart TV (Wifi) with DVD player integrated and lots of DVD’s for young and old. In between the kitchen and the living room you have a large dinner table where 8 people can sit on. From the kitchen and the living room you have a beautiful view into the garden en the illuminated swimming pool, but also on the volcano. Casa Em has 4 bedrooms with high quality beds and linen, 2 fully equipped bathrooms. One with a shower and one with a bath. There is also a hairdryer and a hair straightener available. Also for your babies/children starting from 0 years we have : baby bath + bath seat + bath toys + thermometer, nursing table + nursing pillow, children play park, baby pool (mini) and children pool, inflatable mattresses, inflatable swimming band, armbands, 2 eating chairs, play mat, children DVD’s, night lamp, 2 baby beds, balaguer and cutlery for children.
The ecological footprint of Casa Em is very small, all water heating as for the house as for the pool are made by solar and all waste water is recycled and flooded to all plants and trees in the garden.

This brand-new modern, spacious four bedroom villa, build on the flanks of the Arena volcano, in the cozy town of Villaverde, boosts magnificent views on the ocean and the Island of Lanzarote. The house is located in a very quiet area, where you can enjoy the silence in complete privacy. Casa Em has a big garden, a heated swimming pool and at the first floor you have a south faced sun terrace.
You have an artisanal bakery, just 2 minutes away, where you can find fresh baked bread, pastries, local sandwiches, fresh pressed orange juices for a lovely breakfast and/or lunch. For all your most important groceries you have The Impescasa Supermarket. Further you have plenty of restaurants, Villaverde hosts one of the best restaurants of the Islands, “El Horno”, where you can eat the famous Cabrito al Horno and other delicacies. Furthermore at a 10 minutes drive you are in the heart of the touristic town of Corralejo. Here you can find the harbor, shops, bars, restaurants, animation parks, and nightclubs.

Fuerteventura, also named surfers paradise, is the perfect place for people who love the sun (the weather is great year-round). Fuerteventura, the surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing capital of Europe (with plenty of surf schools). So, You’ll find the perfect conditions for doing your favorite sports or you can just relax at the pool side or the (sandy)beaches. Fuerteventura has more than 150 beaches. At the East- coast you can find the busy playa’s, but you also have very quiet and desolated beaches.
