Sagres is a Portuguese town in the west of the Algarve. It is a short 2 hour drive from Faro. Or a 3-hour drive from Lisbon. For both advanced and beginners, because you have a beach on the south side (Mareta) and on the west side (Tonel). And have another, Martinhal, where the waves are good when it's too high everywhere.

A little further from Sagres is the more famous city Lagos, here you can view caves that have been carved out of the cliffs in a natural way by the sea, there is a modern seaport, a vibrant nightlife, nearby golf courses and a wide range of bars and restaurants.
