So another season approaches with a mixture of good and bad news. Unfortunately still no hut for us on the beach and now it seems quite clear there will be none until the current local political group change which will be next year!! Until then we have made a change namely that our equipment is now kept in our new beach house. This is also open to the public every day. It is in the bay of Corralejo directly on a beach – although that is a rocky beach and so it makes launching from there difficult….
We have class rooms for doing all the theory parts of courses, video lessons, toilets and info desk. All beginner kite surf courses and beginner windsurf courses start therefore at the beach house.
We are also able to organize BBQ’s more often in great surroundings!!

It is on the left side of the street opposite the Atlantis Suites Hotel and is obvious with many flags and a large flag beach sign.. it is also accessible from the beach side!
We are still of course down at Flag Beach each day near the waters edge with a selection of equipment and offering all our normal services EXCEPT board storage.
We will be situated in the same place at flag beach each day, that is half way between the large RIU hotels and the start of Corralejo where the old hut was . We are visible on the beach next to the catamarans with flags flying near the water, wind breaks etc.
Flag Beach will also have a kiosk this season selling cold drinks, ice creams, fresh sandwiches and sun cream.
We will start working with a new complex: Las marismas. It has 1 and 2 bedroom large appts, offers self catering, half board or all inclusive. There are lots of free activities like tennis, squash, sport lessons and a great children’s club.
We have been awarded the excellence certificate “water sports experience” by the Canary Island Government (Tourist Board) for providing a top service, even though we don’t have a building on the beach!!!

Do not forget we have a shop in the centre of Corralejo: calle Acorazado España 16.
All those clients on rentals that want to take their equipment away can do so from the storage or it can be collected from the beach. We are still offering rescue service with a boat.

Flagbeach est la plage située à l'est du village de Corralejo. Le club de surf se trouve à environ 2 km du centre, en plein cœur de la réserve naturelle, une superbe étendue de sable. Les premiers bâtiments se trouvent donc à 1km.
Les conditions sont relativement confortables avec des vagues légères et un vent de gauche qui n'excède jamais 6bft (normalement 4-5bft).
Conditions idéales pour le kite avec, toutefois, quelques rochers si vous effectuez 100 m. sous le vent. Vent permanent.
