The comfortable 3 star family hotel is located just 3 km from Tenerife Sur Airport and next to the sandy beach of El Medano and Montana Roja Natural Park, which is a natural oasis for people who want to spend their holidays without the usual tourism. It is perfect to practice sport activities like windsurfing, kiting, hiking an biking.

Rooms at the Playa Sur are simple and bright, with pine furniture. All rooms have a balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. They also have a safety deposit box.

Hotel Playa Sur Tenerife is a relatively small and intimate hotel, but still include a large variety of facilities. The owners have successfully managed to utilize every available space within the property for something useful and interesting for their guests.

If you arrive by car, there is a large private parking in front of the hotel. Hotel has an evening bar, internet corner and meeting room.

The swimmingpool is on the bottom floor, next to the restaurant and pool bar. There, one will also find the sauna, infrared cabin, massage room and conference room. From the pool area there is a door leading out to the beach, where the surf school is situated with surfing classes, board rental and also storage space for private boards.

Amarilla Golf Club is about 7 km away.

Not a 5 star hotel, however perfect for windsurfing and kiting in front of the hotel.
